At Six Senses Laamu, we executed the rectification of 11 water villa swimming pool structures, focusing on restoring structural integrity and long-term durability. The scope included detailed condition assessments, concrete repair, waterproofing system reinstatement, and finishing works, all carried out in compliance with relevant standards. Works were performed using materials and methods suited to the aggressive tropical marine environment, ensuring resistance to moisture ingress, chloride exposure, and thermal stress. The completed rectifications deliver improved performance, durability, and service life while maintaining the resort’s architectural quality.
